1.接地跨接线在桥架两侧随意安装或漏跨接，接地跨接线不设在显眼侧。接地跨接线的线鼻与爪形垫片压接顺序装反，有的未设爪形垫片，镀锌桥架接地螺栓未有防松垫圈。

4.螺杆吊架安装桥架时，未按规范要求设置防晃支架，钢支架未按防腐要求施工。
